Many rooms were tight, so the design needed to make the most of it.

On the second floor, and outdoor living space, a patio with a jacuzzi, a powder room and a charming music room, where the owner will have friends to share a drink, listen to a lot of rock’n’roll and where he keeps his collection of LP’s, cassette tapes and miniatures.
